Where I come from, mental health is not a topic of dining table discussion.

I heard of the term – mental health – when I was in college.

But times have changed. 

We need open discussions around mental health in our homes, schools and workplaces. 

We all know someone who is struggling with life and could use help, even if it’s simply patient hearing from a loved one.
