Uniformity means all are same. (Quite boring, isn’t it?)

Unity is bringing together the diverse seamlessly.

If you feel implementing uniformity is easier than implementing unity you need to think again.

Let us take an example.

Say you have three kids – Tina, Heya and Sana – with different learning styles.

Tina prefers reading text while Heya is into audio visual learning. Sana is comfortable with either but for some topics text is preferred while for others audio visual is preferred.

Now, when teaching, would you rather have all of them studying from books or all of them watching videos for understanding concepts cuz that’s what you are comfortable with?

I guess not. Because the goal is for them is to learn. How they learn should really be irrelevant.

QUESTION TIME

Are you struggling with implementing some house rules your kids? Or managing your team?

Could it because you are striving for uniformity rather than unity?

One size fits all rather than Customising?

That’s all for today.

Adios and Happy Customising!
