Often we get into a rhythm that is so comfortable to repeat that we don’t want to change.

This is typically true of people in their 30s or older, who have seen enough in life to know what they want and what they don’t.

And then, even while planning for new goals or projects, we try not to disrupt our comforting routine.

And that’s when planning sucks.

Sometimes we need to give in to our impulse and act quickly.

May be on the spot. Spontaneously.

To experience new things or explore new opportunities you might have missed otherwise.

ACTION TIME

Commit to doing at least one spontaneous thing every day.

Okay, may be 3 or 4 over a week.

Trust me, it will make your days more interesting!!
