Every setback has a lesson hidden inside.

You know that you have been strong, even in your weakest moments.

You know because you gave your 100%.

And if you failed despite that, it’s time to look at that failure with a different lens.

Rather than wallowing in self-pity, self-loathing and self- over past mistakes, think how you can turn the regrets into stepping stones to a thriving future.

The past definitely shaped you, but don’t let it define you.

Remember that regret has its place, but so does resilience.

Starting today,

Reframe. Redesign. Reclaim.

Reframe your past.

Redesign your future.

Reclaim all that is rightfully yours.

And that’s the ACTION STEP for today.

Pick one past failure that you regret the most, and write down 5 lessons you can learn from it.

Now think about how you can implement your learning to make your future self better.

And if you want to go a step further, share your learning with the whole world and how you are implementing them.

That will motivate you to follow through with the implementation. Let (public) accountability kick in!!

That’s all for today.

Adios and Happy Redesigning!
