For each goal that you set yesterday, I want you to do this:
Visualize how it will change you or your life for the better.
Think of two or three ways in which achieving the goal will make you
- happier
- less stressed
- more in sync with life
And that’s your ACTION STEP for today.
You can take help of visual boards or simply paint a picture in your head, thinking how you will feel and look when you achieve that goal.

When you visualize the happy place you will be in, when you achieve the goal, you are more likely to stick with it even you face challenges.
