I told you ​yesterday ​that I will tell you why taking small steps towards your goals is better than doing nothing about them.

I considered writing about the happy hormones.

Like dopamine, endorphins, oxytocin and serotonin.

That make us feel happy, stress-free and successful.

But then, I realized these fours lines from a 18th century poem Little Things by Julia Carney and Brewer would suffice:

Little drops of water Little grains of sand, Make the mighty ocean, And the pleasant land.

ACTION STEP for today

Pick one goal you have been procrastinating on.

List 5 baby steps you can take towards accomplishing it, and then do them. Or schedule in your calendar.
