Hey Superlistas, Happy Women’s Day.
Honestly, I never “celebrate” Women’s Day because I feel it funny to celebrate something just for a day when it should be celebrated 365 days.
So instead, I wrote this post of toxic vs positive productivity on LinkedIn.
The main points:
- Positive productivity is the equilibrium point where efficiency meets well-being.
- Positive productivity underscores the importance of time management, healthy lifestyle, fulfilling relationships and sufficient sleep in enhancing efficiency both in the immediate and the long term.
- Toxic productivity approach or culture places undue importance on an obsessive need to accomplish tasks even at the cost of being unhappy, dissatisfied or burnout.
- Positive productivity serves as a catalyst for enhanced overall productivity whereas toxic productivity acts as a deterrent to sustainable performance.
That’s all for today.
Adios Amigos.
