Now that you have the steps scheduled in your calendar, all that remains is to do them.
However, things are rarely as simple as that.
you will need challenges and stay resilient to stay on course. This is also the time when you will start thinking this:
Do I need a Plan B?
There are two schools of thought here.
The first set of people think that you must always have a Plan B in case plan A does not pan out. Makes sense, right? The second set of people think that when you have plan be in place You will not give your 100% to plan A and hence are bound to fail. Seems plausible again, right?
Here is my take on this:
When you do not have a Plan B, you are desperate for plan A to succeed, and this desperation shows when dealing with people.
Even if you are not dealing with people, it (the desperation) slams into your chest every time you fail at even a small step.
So, it’s good to have a Plan B. I almost always have it. Just for peace of mind, so that I can focus on the task at hand wholeheartedly.
And then again, some goals are so straightforward and simple that they don’t really need you to have a Plan B beforehand. You can come up with a new plan as and when needed.
ACTION STEP for today
Pick up each goal and consider whether you need a Plan B for it. If yes, create one.
That’s all for today.
Adios and Happy Planning!
