I am just back after a family vacation.
7 cousins from my husband’s side assembled with their families to have a gala time over the Christmas weekend.
I learnt three lessons over the course of 3 days and I wish to share them with you.
- You cannot satisfy everyone.
- If you try hard enough, you can bring everyone on the same page, however big and disparate the team.
- Ultimately it’s the outcome that matters. And if you are successful, even the harshest of critics side with you.

Just because something “looks” challenging doesn’t mean it has to be difficult.
Take the first small step today and think about the rest later.
