- Identify triggers; some people or situations that make you procrastinate.
- Set clear expectations/goals for yourself.
- Schedule tasks in the calendar.
- Eliminate distractions
- Get an accountability partner
- Celebrate smallest achievements and milestones.
- Be kind to yourself.
