100 feels special.
Not just the number itself.
But the fact that I have been at it for 100 consecutive days makes me proud.
And like I said, I don’t have 100 lessons for you today.
Just One.
Showing up makes all the difference.
I might not have been at my 100% on all days, but the fact that I showed up makes it so easy to build the habit and get practice for greater things.
Setting me up for success later.
May be I am not even aware of what success looks like.
But I am confident that I will get there when the time is right.
Right now it’s all about practice, perseverance and building the muscle.
No action step for you today. Just a final thought.
A European Journal of Psychology study found that its participants took anywhere between 18 to 254 days to form a habit. The average was 66 days.
An interesting finding was that not doing the thing for a day or two didn’t matter if you pick it up again.
That’s all for today.
Adios and Happy Living!
