Many of you celebrated Thanksgiving last week.

I do every day.

Show gratitude, not celebrate!!

In my quiet way I remind myself every night, before falling asleep, of what I am grateful for.

Because it starts my next day on a positive note.

Yesterday I was grateful for

  • having a garden full of flowers and sunshine
  • getting my book published
  • my mom recovering, even if very slowly
