When you get up in the morning, do you know what you are supposed to do during the day?

Are you someone whose first task of the day is to plan the whole day?

If your answer to the first one is NO and/or the second one is YES,

You are setting yourself up for a day gone waste.

This is what you should really be doing instead:

Plan for the next day today.

Planning for the next day should be the last task of any day.

Also, allocate some time every Friday afternoon or Saturday to plan the whole week ahead.

At least whatever part of the week you can.

And that’s the ACTION STEP for today:

Plan the tasks you have to do tomorrow.

Look at your Superlist of tasks and see which one can be fitted in the calendar during the whole week.
