To manage time, you need to reclaim time first.
Time that is yours to do whatever you want to do with it.
Because truth be told, time that you don’t own completely, you can influence only partially.
For instance,
Meeting duration depends on other participants.
Household chores depend on when the help turns up.
Family time can linger if your child throws a tantrum or you are feeling particularly chatty.
So try to reclaim some more time from tasks that you do with others.
Because that’s the only time you can plan, schedule and spend with 100% confidence.
Well may be not 100% because life happens.
But with fair amount of certainty, right?
ACTION STEP for today is this:
Look at all tasks you do every day and see if you can cut back on them to get more time for yourself.
