You read that right.

Same task can have different priorities on different days.

Depending on what other tasks you have lined up for the day.

Let me give you a real example.

Writing this newsletter is a Priority 1 task for me.

And even with other priority 1 tasks lined up, I get it out of the way before moving to other tasks.

That’s because I am building on my habit of shipping daily (I was already writing daily).

It has been just 37 days since I started and I don’t want to take a risk.

But there was this other document – creating a first draft from Zoom transcript – that I had been pushing for the past 3 days. Since Monday ๐Ÿ™ˆ๐Ÿ™ˆ

Considering its fast approaching deadline, today I decided to complete that before writing this email.

So you see?

Same task – writing Superlista – but its priority changed today!

Make that your ACTION STEP for the day.

Take a fresh look at your Superlist or task list for the day and see if rejigging some priorities will make it easier on you?

In terms of completed tasks, more satisfaction and better control.

Thatโ€™s all for today.

Adios and Happy juggling!
